Parish Council Meeting On June 4th

The annual parish council meeting will be Wednesday, June 4th, at 7:00 PM in the school library. 

Each parish club, committee, and/or organization is asked to have at least one representative present at this meeting. 

The entire parish is invited to attend. 

At this meeting, the finance council will present the budget for the new fiscal year, 
and the education commission will also be giving a report.

It will also be a chance to ask questions about the new parish hall and preschool classrooms. 

The master schedule for next year will also be available for organizations to reserve rooms and times. 

Any other committee or organization wishing to make a presentation at this meeting is requested to call the rectory (274-3809) or email Fr. Harris (ghh091769@msn.com) as soon as possible. 

Otherwise there is no guarantee that last minute presentations will get on the agenda because we will try to maintain a time limit. 
We are planning on the meeting ending at 8:00 PM. It will end no matter what at 8:30 PM.
